Welcome to EPiServer Community 3 - the next generation.
In April 2008 the Swedish company EPiServer, the world’s fastest growing provider of Web Content Management (WCM) platforms, was acquiring Netstar. The acquisition of Netstar is a strategic investment, enabling EPiServer to offer its clients a Web Content Management solution with an integrated community component. Since its inception in 1996, Netstar has been providing community platforms to some of the most successful European social online communities, such as Tasteline, the Egmont media group and the British media group EMAP.
In the same time the product StarCommunity change name to EPiServer Community.

This is a sample implementation of a community on the EPiServer Community 3 platform. The purpose the Demo Web Site is to demonstrate a selection of available functionality and to provide sample code to EPiServer Partners. Design and end user experience is at a minimum.
